§ 01 / TERMS

Terms.

Last updated: April 21, 2026. By using Krill Kits you agree to these terms. They exist so both sides know what’s expected.

// USE OF THE TOOLS

You can use every tool on this site for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge, without attribution. Don’t try to scrape, spam, or overload the site. Don’t use the tools to do anything illegal. Don’t reverse-engineer the site to harm users or infrastructure. Beyond that, go wild.

// ACCURACY, NOT ADVICE

Every tool is built to be accurate, but every tool is informational. We’re not your financial advisor, doctor, accountant, or lawyer:

  • Health tools (BMI, TDEE, Macros, IF Window) are educational. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice.
  • Financial tools (Mortgage, Compound, ROI, Auto Loan, Rent vs Buy, Sales Tax) are educational. They do not replace a CPA, financial advisor, or tax professional.
  • Word tools (Unscrambler, Anagram) use the public-domain ENABLE word list. Not all words are valid in every game’s official dictionary.

Double-check anything that has real consequences. We’re not liable for decisions made solely on a Krill Kits result.

// AVAILABILITY

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee it. The site may be slow, broken, or offline at any time. We may change or retire tools without notice.

// INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Krill Kits name, logo, design, and original content are ours. The underlying data (word lists, density tables, formulas) is public-domain or referenced from public sources. The brand name is trademark-pending in the US.

// LIABILITY

Krill Kits is provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

// GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
